I was in an accident on the 23rd of July 2013 my claim was refuted stating that i was not covered at the time of the accident my debt order date is for the 21st of every month. in july it fell on a sunday so the forced debted my account on the 19th without advising me as after the 25th i remove all my funds and put it into a savings.
due to them not debting on the agreed date or atleast the saturday the 20th which is still a banking day as all my other debts went off successfuly. one i was aware i made a cash payment for july and they took it and after logging a complain i still got told i wasnt covered but for almost a moth they pretended to investigate the case.
then my response was clain refuted as you are not covered. they are the most pathetic insurance company ever they take your money but they will still refute your cliam whether in a accident or you got hijacked. they dont care i will be taking this to the media.
