Great customer service

My mother in law requested refund from nedbank from July 2013 without success.

Roshan Sewmangal contacted her on Monday 16/09/2013. He was very friendly and helpful as i also spoke to him. We submitted her banking details on tuesday and Roshan assured us that she will receive her refund within 2/3 days.

Today my mother in law confirmed that she has been refunded (less than 48 hours). The assistance received from Roshan is highly appreciated.
