Last week I posted a complaint about not being able to move back redeemed Greenbacks from a chosen provider back to Greenback account. Roshan explained the reason why it could not be done, which made sense; but at the same time he went out of his way to assist in rectifying the mistake that my husband and I made due to a lack of understanding.
