Verbal Attack for no taking insurance

Good Day,

I have had my bond granted and accepted with Standard Bank. I am now awaiting the property to be transferred, i have already signed documents with the Bond registering attorneys as well as the transferring attorneys.
I understand that I will require Mortage Insurance,
A Standard Bank employee (Pierre Marais) contacted me to discuss options, after meeting with my personal broker, i then decided to decline Pierre's quote and accept a different policy.
My broker then sent Pierre an email with the instruction of the NTU on the insurance policy.
Shortly thereafter, Pierre called me and said that not taking insurance will directly affect my bond with Standard Bank.
He also verbally attacked me saying that "I am unprofessional and I do not realise the consequences this will have on my bond".
He also said that he is glad he will not be dealing with me any longer.
This type of behaviour from an employee who is meant to portay the banks image is highly unacceptable.
I have called the Home Loans department to clarify the mortgage insurance and to also question if not taking the insurance with Standard bank will affect my bond.
Behavior of this nature is unacceptable.
