I would like to compliment Nico Williams in Customer Service of the ABSA Northmead Mall Branch. Since I went in to the branch almost 2 weeks ago he has kept me informed every step of the way regarding the problem that I had. and contacting me even if the feedback he was giving me was not what I wanted to hear. Fortunately today everything was resolved and just a big thank you for assisting me. Its people like you with your hard work and dedication that makes you want to go back!
