It is disgusting and appalling to think that we have the CPA which does nothing to A&G yet they are increasing peoples policies without checking with us but most importantly without ensuring a viable cause for increases. they mention inflation and petrol price increases, can you explain to me what the increase in petrol has to do with a call center and insurance company? surely you are not appeasing the people considering outsurance have people on the roads assisting JMPD whereas you aren't! my one vehicle excess doubled and premiums went up on all policies i have with you. I`m completely dissatisfied with this service and these increases do not line up with the inflation percentages across the boards. i am of the opinion that A&G are dong this to me as they messed me around a few months ago and i fought with them until they gave me what i was told i would be charged by their call center. You are constantly causing me frustration and i am now considering leaving. no empty threats but seeing as customer service is lacking on more than one occasion, rates going up with conservative and realistic measures and %ages you are not worth the stress. Bad customer care and unfounded increase!
