I paid up my Blue Bean Credit card in May of this year (yes, I have a paid up letter from Standard Bank to confirm this) and since then I have been HARASSED every single month (most recently on 16/09/13) by them! Letters, smses, phone calls - the lot.
One would seriously think that after repeated phone calls and emails and Facebook postings and everything from begging to pure aggression from me that SOMEONE at Standard Bank might actually be prepared to HELP resolve this ridiculousness!
Departments involved: Credit Card, Credit Rehab, Debt Review, Legal (yes, 4 of them! And not 1 person who can actually do as they promise...)
Charge of harassment to be laid at the the police station next???
