I find their service pathetic and ridiculous. I just took out cover from budget and my account was debited with an amount of R1308 as pro rata which is incorrect. I queried this on Saturday and was told manager would get to me and that there was only one manager working that day.
I then received a sms stating that a refund request wad logged with reference number 4542863.
surprisingly this morning I spoke to an agent who was very rude and kept me on hold for long quering an amount debited. She kept me on hold for 10minutes and got back to me to shout at me
I am a client I deserve respect and services and truly speaking have not received any of this from telesure.
I don't know how you deal with your clients but honesty and fairness and transparency is your weak points.
You just don't care about people but you care about money. How can a refund take 7 - 10 working days.
