No Customer Service
I have tried from 6 August 2013 to cancel my house insurance with ABSA. An elementary request have ended in the worst lack of service I have ever experienced. I even escalated my request to their Actionline - without any action! My request was basically to cancel my insurance and to confirm it having being done and that no further premiums will be deducted. I am still awaiting this.
