Need assistance for my account to be reinstated

I will like to inform you that I'm under debt review but I applied it with first DC company which was terminated reason that I was not happy how they conducted my review and I didn't pay them, then I applied with a new debt company when at least they assisted me by sending proposals to everyone I owe and every institutions replied positively except Nedbank then I phoned them they confirmed that the are documents and proposal need including motivational letter why they should re-instate my account we made conference call so that it will be clear to my DC what is needed and how Nedbank can instate account. Then there was numerous e-mail that were sent to motivate for the reinstatement of debt review and we agreed with my DC that every e-mail they sending they should also CC me on it. I have been making follow ups every time with Nedbank and my DC but everyone that I spoke to in Nedbank says they didn't get e-mails from my DC and my e-mail that I have been sending to show that I also received what was sent to them. I try to sort my situation but I'm not going any were. I need assistance please. I also sent everything including proof of payment that was sent to me. Even my DC doesn't d
