Are ABSA allowed to force entry into your home

My Email complaint addressed to ABSA.

We had a visit from a man who firstly identified himself as Mr Gerber and asking for Chantelle.
Once he heard that it was the lady who he was looking for, he opened the security door and invited himself in. My fianc? was sitting on the couch busy breast feeding her 7 month old daughter in the privacy of her home. You don't just invite yourself into someone's home Mr Boshoff.
My fianc? had to cover her breasts whilst She informed Mr Tereblance, Mr Gerber who ever this person was that her child was crying as she was trying to feed her and put her down for her afternoon sleep. He simply ignored her and continued to ask her stupid questions. Why don't you answer your telephone? Why ignore my calls?

I asked him to stop his stupid questioning and to come back another day. He asked me "who the F... do I think I am. I am not talking to you I am talking to Ms Strydom" I got up to escort him out. He again shouted at my fianc? and my 2 year old went hysterical.

He became highly irate when I asked him to identify himself as an ABSA employee He took his laptop closed all his goods and said he will be back with the sherriff of the court to arrest h
