FREEZING ACCOUNTS FOR NO REASON

My account was frozen for the reason of no fica documents received.

The documents was picked up by FNB's own courier services 2 month proir and the documents was e-mailed to them via an e-mail address given by FNB. I've been on the phone for 2 hours being transferred around and still no one has assisted me with the issue.

The Reds Mall branch is so useless that no one there know's how to unfreez or assist me.
