Account frozen despite all fica documents supplied

Over a month ago I personally handed all documents relating to Fica compliance to a Customer Service consultant at Standard Bank, Sea Point. I was informed that the papers would be couriered to my branch at Tyger Manor.
My account was then frozen and I cant do any transactions.
I went to Sea Point branch and they took my phone number a week ago and I havent heard from them since.
NO apology for their poor service!
