FNB just allow debits to go off that were not authorised. I have sent 3 e-mails in 3 weeks giving them a fair chance to send me through the documentation and to give reason as to why it was allowed. No one has bothered to reply. Spend less money on your Steve adverts and more time on training your staff. False advertising as your motto should be, how can we not help you.
