Hi,
At the beginning of this month I realized that ABSA increased by debit order for my vehicle finance with almost R600 without my consent. Firstly I would like to know how legal this is? Then, I've emailed on the 3rd and on a later date and even though the auto response says someone would be in contact with me within 72 hours, it never happened. I now phoned, held on for 30 minutes and got to speak to someone. I need you to pay my refund with interest quicker than the 5 - 8 working days, it didn't take you that long to take it. Also, nothing on my insurance changed since the day I financed the vehicle through you, don't you have the resources available to find out for yourself. Just another reason why I'm slowly but surely moving everything away from ABSA.
