I opened an investment which the consultant captured my details incorrectly now after speaking to a different consultant and wishing to change my investment plan, I'm told I can't do that then so in essence I lose part of my investment. I want to close my investment so I can open the new one and now I get a lady keep asking me for documents and they have to be certified, why do I need to submit certified documents, this is inconveniencing me and I don't see the need for me to certify documents which your company never requested in the first place. I sent a complaint via your complaints system and and now that apparently takes up to10 days. Talk about customer service.
