Can't access OTP as I'm abroad

I am currently travelling outside South Africa in Singapore. I urgently need to make an EFT payment (and have been trying for the last 2 days) but my One time password is being sent to my SA cellphone which is not active here in Singapore. I called the standard bank call center to change the method of delivery to email - it has been 2 days now and I am still not receiving one time passwords. I feel like i have exhausted all other options to get this sorted out and am extremely frustrated after this process which has been made worse by the time difference between singapore and SA.
