I am highly Frustrated and aggravated by FNB .. On 27 June 2013 a transaction of R 800.00 went through my account it has been pending since then/Not cleared.
On 16/09/2013 I went to the FNB Branch to enquire about it (O.R. Tambo Intl.)
The Lady was very helpful but couldn't further assist as She couldn't establish the what was causing this.
I was then issued with the call centre Number that I could call to find out what was going on.
I have been put from pillar to post every 1 that I have been speaking to stating that they could not help.
May last call was with a very Rude Lady by the Name of Willemina (087-577 9303) who said I needed to go back to the Branch - No effort from her side.
Does FNB think I have time to be running around for the same thing?
It is simple - You cannot have pending Transactions for more than 3 Months
This account will be closed as soon as possible - I refuse to deal with such incompetence and bad attitude from their call centres.
