I have been trying to get hold of the Benmore gardens branch to follow up on my card which should have arrived a week ago, however I was told I would get an sms but havnt so am getting worried. The problem is I have been constantly ringing the branch for the last 45 min without even a minute break and the phone has only been picked up once only to be put down in my ear. Yes it may be lunch time but surely you take shifts for lunch? Shocking I would hate to think how bad the service is in the busier branches! Time to move banks!
