I entered 72 months contract with MFC- Nov 2007 to Dec 2013. Last year I lost my job through retrenchment. I had to ask Debt Busters to step inn to handle my finances. They only helped me for 4 months until they made ups with my MFC account and I had to take back my account and settle all monies outstanding owe to MFC including the 4 months I was paying half of the installment when I was with debt busters to bring my account up to date. Now recently I contacted MFC requesting settlement only to find that my contract has been extended for a period of one year. MFC has never contacted me in writing, sms, or phone call about the pricing structure! This is very unlawful to extend someone's contract without notifying that person. I spoke to Frances Van Jaarsveld who made this mess into my account, I asked her why did she not advising me writing, sms or phone about this and she failed to answer me. She keeps on asking me if I can afford to pay more than 2000zar every month and I said to her I am paying what I am suppose to pay right from the beginning which is more than 2000zar she is requesting. MFC please sort out this nonsense befor i loose my mind!!!
