I would like to compliment Conrad Vermaak of Auto and General (Telesure) for really great service. I took my car to the Telesure office at Xavier Boulevard for an accident assessment on 17/9/2013 and it was an absolutely pleasurable experience. Conrad was polite. He was efficient. He took time to listen to what I had to say. He very clearly explained how the insurance works and I was indeed satisfied that my car was in good hands. I honestly cannot ask more of a person.
