I used my card to pay for petrol, the swipe machine timed out and i paid for it cash. When i got home I got home I noticed it went off my account. I called the bank and was informed that it was in a holding account and wil reverse because the machine timed out, I must wait 3 days. I then caled back Friday and was told to call the didispute dept, spoke to Tumi Komare at 12 on 30 aug, was told by her that she sent an email.and that there was no ref to the call and it should be done in 10 days. nothing happened and i then called on 12 sept at 13:52 and spoke to Srida who said she was going to follow up and give me feedback, nothing transpired, called again and was told the supervisor will call me sat 14 aug and again i called on monday 16 sept. no one has the decency to call me and provide me feedback. all i want is my money
