We were struggling over a year to get payment from Momentum after my husband had a accident at work. Eventually we ended up at Edith Field at the Ombudsman. She was always so kind and really went that extra mile for us. We just want to thank her and all her assistance. The final outcome was that Momentum must pay. Thanks for people like the Ombudsman who evaluates claims fair.
