I had an issue with Good fellas not activating my acc with them even though I had the option on my momentum policy.
I phoned momentum call center and was redirected to a friendly, very energetic voice that was very eager to help, this was Rosanne Roelofse... she went the extra mile to balance out the terrible quality of service displayed by Good Fellas.
In the future I will ask for her to handle my calls as its service guaranteed, with a smile. :-)
Ive only experienced good service from momentum and this is just another example.
