Never had beter service in all my years

On the 16th September 2013 I called Outsurance to take them up on their "R400 back if we cannot beat your current premium" offer, went straight through to the person I needed to talk to, he immediately asked whether he could phone me back to save me airtime after calling me back he asked a couple of questions, not very complicated, he then offered me a premium roughly R100 less than I am paying now, with my excess also dropping by R500, this including all the perks that I had with my previous insurer, i.e. courtesy car, road side assistance etc. I then asked if I up my excess whether my premium would drop, he (Mohsin) then put me through to Wouter, after a few questions he gave me a new premium of R200 less than initially offered so that's R300 less that my old insurer, he also said that he would keep my excess at what was initially promised (R500 less than my old excess) Wouter also offered me credit protection at around R80 a month which covers me against disability and death, so I didn't get R400 back but will make that up in 2 months and I have life cover of R50 000 (and in 15 years I'll get R14400 back) and should I not be in an accident I'll get my outbonus. Very Happy!
