On holiday in Durban visiting my family woke to all my tires as well as spare and my car standing on all fours. I contacted call Centre and they assisted me got claims assessor out the next day early (Glen).he went as far as to get person out to pc my car up on a Friday fir four tires and make sure my car could get to workshop and be out of harms way. as I was visiting and needed my vehicle to get around. Glen got ball rolling and assured me I would get my vehicle back that same day which did. the claims manager kept me in the loop all the way and informed as to not cause me any discomfort.
as someone who also works in the service industry this is one of the most important things.
and amongst all the negativity out there about service delivery, this is a bit of a silver lining
