Poor and incompetent service

We applied for a personal loan about a week ago and we have been moved from pillar to post regarding the progress of the application. RCS promises clients on the website that their money will be in the account within 48 Hours and clearly this is just a marketing tactic. Our loan was finally approved on the 12th of Sept and we were told the funds will be available by midnight the same day, guess what?? Nothing happened again. We had to call today only to find out that the application has now again been referred to underwritters and will call us for feedback. We had to call again and were now told by a different person that they were waiting for banking verification and the money will only be available on Monday. We have spend so much on telephone cost following up on this applications. Is this a cost of getting credit?

What a joke... This is purely below standard service and we are very disgusted at this. We don't apply for credit for the fun of it, there is always a reason behind it and RCS clearly does not get it...

We are still waiting for the funds to be paid till now
