Who's fault is it?

On the 1st November 2013, I contacted my banker for him to assist me with settlement amounts for my RCP & credit card, he never got back to me& the next day I went in Newton Park branch, PE to settle the 2 accounts, I was assisted by one of the managers in the branch who called the 2 different divisions to obtain the amounts. I did the transfers there & then. Whilst perusing my November statement I find that I still R6000 on the budget facility & called the Newton park, credit card & premier banking division to find out how could this be. I have some money that is credit to me on the straight facility, I have not had any response from credit card division as my last last request to them was for them to reconcile my account from October 2013, as I had transferred a lump sum of R10 000 and there was a monthly deduction in the same month & then transferred a lump sum of over R35k. I cannot understand as I had made payments according to what I was told I owed & was misled. Please assist.
