PLEASED WITH WESBANK

I have been trying to get my contract from Wesbank for almost two weeks, the telephone was either not answered or goes to voicemail. The call centre could not assist and the e-mail address on the website was rejected. With all this drama, I lost out on two deals.

I spoke to Trifena Koning and withing 24 hours, I had my car ready for delivery, invoiced and contract signed.

Trifena Koning does not work in sales and could have pushed me from pillar to post, but she went beyond the call of duty and followed up atleast three times in 24 hours. THUMBS UP Trifena Koning
