On the 2 September 2013, 2 transactions took place on my credit card. I called the call centre immediately and the card was blocked. The consultant informed me that the transactions were processed by Easy Pay. They advised me to send an affidavit and a copy of my ID etc. which I sent to them the following day. They informed me that the investigation takes 3 months to complete. I thought it was a fairly long time, but never the less accept. I did my own investigations, got the full transaction history from easy pay. I forwarded all this information to a Mr Zikali (the supervisor in the call centre) I heard nothing from him, even after sending a further 2 emails. I contacted the call centre regularly for updates, and I was told about the 3 month turnaround time. Today when I contacted them I was pushed from pillar to post given various reference numbers and telephone numbers to call. Eventually when I asked to speak to a manager in the call centre was conveniently disconnected. I feel the service they giving me is absolutely appalling. can someone please call me to get this sorted out.
