I just want to take this opportunity to thank Shelley for attending to my requests. I had a problem with paying my monthly premiums. I spoke to Shelley and she was kind to listen to my request and assisted me to make arrangements when to pay for my premiums. All often we get disappointed in services these days. I do appreciate how my request was handled in a professional manner. The service was fantastic.
