I am currently insured with Fnb, and recently got an email stating that my policy has been moved to auto&general. This however, comes with a premium increase if about R200, an access of R4200 (from no access), and reduced car hire days. I called FNB, and was told they cant help, and i should call auto and gen. I did so, and basically was told 'it is what it is'.
I find this completely inconvenient because the cover u had suited me, both in terms of affordability, an pd content. I now have to start from scratch to find similar cover. Moreover, no one at fnb bothered to call to inform me of these changes!
