I made it very clear that I will not be paying anything toward the loan account until I have been refunded money from me (paperwork faxed 3 times and emailed twice - so I am not doing it again) You sent me an agreement, as well as an agreement on your "calls that are all recorded" that you agree to my terms (that payment will only resume once you have refunded me my R4200 with interest; that no interest will be charged on the account until you have refunded me; that you will not list me as a bad payer on credit bureau) Guess what - you have breached all three obligations.. I will not be paying anything and will proceed with legal action against you for failure to adhere to good banking practices, from my account; breach of contract, emotional damage due to your insistent calls trying to extort money from me and damage to my name and reputation by viciously listing me as a non payer when you are well aware of the agreement that has been reached.
