Yet another complaint about ABSA for a "Request for Confirmation of Short Term Vehicle Insurance"
I received a letter in the post asking for proof that my vehicle is insured otherwise they will take out a policy on my behalf - This really got my worked up, but I did email a Confirmation through [Email Removed]
Low an behold --- got an sms this morning indicating than my installment will increase by XXX Amount because I didn't provide proof.
This really through me over the edge, and the poor person on the other side of the line didn't have a chance.
This is not the way to do business!!! --- I am changing over to another bank!!!
