CREDITWORX INCOMPETENCE

According to Creditworx, Mogale City Municipality handed me over for debt collection. In the conversation with their consultant, Mpho, I stated that I paid the account and closed the account. He acknowledged that I did close the account, however, the account was reconnected and I now owe them a re-connection fee, outstanding electricity and sewage. I then requested the documents and they sent me 2 word documents showing the amounts. I furthermore, in the mail Mpho states that I must look into the case and that they hope all is in order. Clearly all is not in order and they are accusing me without evidence supporting the claim that I requested a re-connection. I've been receiving calls from 0878250401. When answering the call, no one is on the other end. I've phoned in and asked if they have an automated system that calls people, which they confirmed they do and then proceeded trying to say that if there was no one on the line, that their lines were busy. That is absolute nonsense. They call me and I answer, but their lines are busy... you must be joking. They allow people to harass you without having done proper investigation into the matter, they then expect you to investigate
