On the day I joined I was promised that I could freeze my account for the 3-month varsity holiday I have every year. When I get there two days ago I am told that I can only freeze my account 1 month a year. I couldn't believe that the sales rep to me on the day that I sign my contract. (Probably just to make me sign the contact).
This highly unethical and unprofessional. I have sent emails to the club manager three times already and have emailed head office and have received no replies.
I hope this gets resolved as soon as possible
