These brilliant people have given me a payment / due date of the 26th of each month - pity I only get their statements on the 29th of the month...
Since I purchased a few items on my credit card recently I don't have the minimum payment due - go figure, so I sucked an amount out of my thumb that I thought would comfortably encompass the minimum amount due, only to discover on the 29th when my statement was emailed to me that my payment was R30 short. Whoopee.
ABSA, if you want to get sticky about payment due date then make sure your statements are sent out ON TIME.
I am sick and tired of stupidity. Time to speak to the company in Honeydew that does the printing and or emailing of your monthly statements, I don't think they're falling a tad short, eh?
What's the point of sending me a statement on the 29th if the due date for payment is on the 26th?
