I would like to compliment FNB on having a very good employee in the name of Jacques Basson. He managed to go out of his way to help me secure my refund after the potchefstroom mooirivier mall branch refused to give me any form of assitance. i had given up but thanks to such dedicated employess i got my money back, otherwise i had lost faith in FNB.
