I was getting incredibly frustrated for an issue that I had for a service on my Credit Card. I finally had the pleasure of dealing with Valencia, who managed to sort out my problem, refund the money and give me a call to ensure it was done. I am so so happy and finally have my faith restored in the bank I have been with for the past 24 years! Thank you... for turning my concern into a compliment :)
