I have 4 phones insured with 24 hour Mobility I made a claim on my policy they say my debit order never went through I sent to the both people mentioned above my statement showing my debit order that it went through, & I'm also sitting with a credit on my one phone, when debit orders don't go through companies do call you to ask whats the matter I expected the same from the service re-daring company but they didn't even bother to sms me but that's not the case I'm up-to date with my both phones
