BAD SERVICE

On the 18th May a bond was approved for me at FNB and to date nothing has been done. I have called week after week only to be told its being dealt with. I have banked with FNB for the last 38 years and this service is so shocking, i have been into the branch but no one is interested in assisting me. All i want is my bond to go through so that i may continue with my life rather than all the time i have spent chasing up on FNB. Am not at all hopeful that anyone really cares as this stage its just pass the buck and ask for another months payslip after they have kept me waiting for 4 months already... received a call from someone to ask if i was happy with the service at FNB and laughed and told them its a joke and they promised to get someone to assist me am still waiting... WHAT A JOKE
