I did an application on your website on Monday the 02nd of Septemeber. I was only contatacted or allocated a consultant on Wednesday (after ME calling in at least twice a day on Tuesday and Wednesday).
Doceuments where called for in dribs and drabs (I was asked for certain Docs on your email on Wednesday and I provided that, I was only infiormed of further documents requeired on Friday, AFTER I called in to find out if there was anything more outstanding).
I have explained to your consultant that we signed an offer that would lapse this friday hence my urgency, yest now the blame is being shifted to me, saying that I DELAYED by sending in docs late? I dont know why I bothered with your service
