BREAKDOWN ON VEHICLE

I had a breakdown with my vehicle over the easter holidays in Botswana, my vehicle got tod to the nearest Jeep garage for fixing. that was on easter monday, the garage told me that they will look at vehicle on tuesday and will let me know of the problem. on wednesday i called them again to find out the problem because they were not calling me. they tell me that they are waiting for the parts to arrive on wednesday and by thurdays the lastest i will have my vehicle. come friday i call again to check progress on my vehicle they tell me it will be done on monday now. they tell me to speak to the workshop manager, of whom i have been speaking to and yet his the one not delivering. his been giving me false feedback on the progress of my car and that friday he was not answering his phone. today when i call him again with progress on my car he says wednesday, and with a very bad attitude, i have been carless since the easter's, yet i'm paying installment every month to have this vehicle in operation. i have kids that have to be transported to school and a baby, and i need to get to work. they cant even offer me an alternative vehicle for the time being as they are taking for ever to fix it
