Idiculously lousy bank, time to move on

My credit card was today declined for the second time in the last three or four days. calling the credit division, i was told that the reason is that i did not go to the bank to identify myself. with my ID and proof of address. this after for the last almost two years i have done the required authentication several times. the first two instances, the personal banker assigned to me had lost the documents, then, his replacement captured everything and informed me that all is ok, just to be called later by the bank that the process has to be started from the beginning. ridiculous bank, ridiculous service.
