NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have tried now for two days to get FNB to send me a Statement of my Credit Card Account. I have till date not had any luck with the call center or even when you call the Credit Card division. I was told to send a mail and this is ridiculous, because this will take up to 24 hours before my request is processed. the process of calling in has left me for 3 hours calling all different numbers and then put through to all different divisions why cannot they just put a person on the line to direct your call not all automated prompts is what you want and you cannot get through until you choose 1. just to be rerouted to some or other line and to get through to the Centurion line to try and speak to your so called personal banker is just not possible, they don't even return calls.
