I transferred R1500 to an 8-digit long acc number, called the call centre, was told it's invalid, money would be returned in 5 days. I was then told that their system added a zero which made the acc valid, they would recall the money. I was told the money was not withdrawn, then I was told it was withdrawn. When I followed up with my query some Yusuf team leader told me he had 244 queries logged for me, then 400, the branch in Carlton centre giving me a run around. Really? So my R1500 is gone just like that and nobody is going to do anything. I can't believe I'm banking with these guys.
