On 20th Aug 2013 my cell & cards were out of my car. Within half hour R 3000 was from my bank a/c. The were witnessed. No pin code in my cell or wallet. A further R 7000 was from my a/c after I notified Standard to cancel my cards.
I went to the branch, Plumstead where a temporary card was issued. The consultant called the dept & connected me. I was promised a reply within 10 days.
On the 30th Aug I called Std, waited for 16 minutes... hung up..frustrated. The 2nd Sept I called again... waited 32 minutes..." Your call is important yo us..." I called on three other occasions & waited approx 10 minutes. Also called twice & was put through to the IT dept. Please help as I feel completely helpless!
