I was amazed, driving up the drive way the security guard, Moses was expecting me, there was no waiting period, I was on time for my appointment, and I did not have to wait long for the Assessor Shaun to assist and complete my assessment. Shaun was knowledgeable and took the time to do a detailed check, he explained the process, no need to ask question as he covered everything upfront with me.
