On Saturday 7 Sept I called KP and booked the take me home service. Well im still waiting for the Service. I phoned them at 8pm and booked for 2:30, got the confirmation but they never arrived. I called them and someone would have gotten back to me by 3am- still waiting for that call as well. Then I Spoke to a Lady Ashley-who told me they could not help me, but overed to call me as I drove home. This kind of service is unacceptable! I had a booking and gave enough time for them to notify me of any problems! I ended up driving home - as i had no other choice! This is not the first time KP has dropped the ball. Previously they refused to approved a claim for my ipad. Yet they promise great Service! Not the case at all!
