I have been trying to get my claim sorted that was logged last week Wednesday. Was told that it wont take longer than 3 days. Still waiting... The claims dept number keep on cutting me off. Spoke to a lady on Friday (with a disgusting attitude) who assured me that someone would phone me yesterday. Once again, still waiting... Please note that if my car does not go in for repairs by the end of today, I will be taking my car, husband's car and home insurance to someone else after this claim is sorted... Your choice!!!
